Final Preparation for Inspection

Late hours for the next few days ensuring all of our systems and processes are online for our upcoming regulatory inspection with Transport Canada on November 29, 2019. The completion of our operations center in Campbell River we believe will above the standards required of a small commuter airline like ours. Nonetheless, our immediate and long-term plans to serve our customers with an unparalleled service experience is our core focus.

Therefore during our reorganization, we spent time to carefully plan our customer service experience, the systems and processes we needed to put into place, and providing both technological and human assistance on how we can immediately manage customers better and especially during unforeseen delays regardless of its occurrence.

Our operating base in Campbell River will serve as our primary Vancouver Island operations center and plan on expanding similar operation and service centers throughout the Lower Mainland, Interior and Okanagan valley as we launch our services in those areas sometime in 2020.
